Dipped in Concepts: Black Out
Dark and moody is my specialty - so you can imagine my excitement when Jordan (@creativexperez) wanted to experiment at the all black studio at FD Photo Studio in Downtown LA.
Over the years, I've become more in touch with my facial expressions and mood; which helps with these edgier sets. Intense stares, toothy snarls, and opening the lips just enough for a sensual vibe. Jordan clicked away and I kept moving. The second look was a little more relaxed and streetwear so I toned down the intensity. Typically, my facial expressions and movements change depending on what I'm wearing. I kinda just feel it, ya know? (I feel like a hippie on drugs saying that, but SO true). For the final look we decided to play around with a mirror; which I think was the icing on the cake. I felt like I was making love to myself, without, well, making love to myself (insert laughing emoji here).
We played around with an all black fit at first, adding some mesh fabric, my TIJN Eyewear sunglasses, & dried up roses. We then transitioned into a more 'street' look with a Calvin Klein sports bra, Gigi Ripped Denim, and a Timberland Flannel. For the final look, I threw on a matching set from REBEL8.
